Francisco Seixas da Costa, embaixador recentissimo em Paris, decidiu criar um blog pessoal: http://duas-ou-tres.blogspot.com/. Uma opção de que sentiu a necessidade de se justificar no arranque do blog e fez bem para evitar equívocos . E, sem dúvida, pelas amostragem é um blog que merece ser lido.
Seixas da Costa transitou de Brasília, onde pelos dados que tenho, fez um excelente trabalho. O mesmo se espera em Paris, e não tenho a menor dúvida disso.
